LeasePlan, the UK division of the world’s leading vehicle fleet management company, has announced the winners of its annual supplier awards that recognise outstanding service.
The awards were presented at the LeasePlan Supplier Conference on 10 February, which was held at Heythrop Park in Oxfordshire. The event was attended by more than 170 of the company’s top suppliers, dealers and manufacturers along with members of the LeasePlan UK Managing Board and Wolfgang E Reinhold, Senior Vice President of the worldwide group’s Car Remarketing Operations and Procurement.
The awards dinner, held in the evening, consisted of 12 awards including the coveted ‘Overall Supplier of the Year’ award. The following awards were presented to the top suppliers in recognition of their exceptional service in 2014:

Best service provision of the year Chameleon
Finally, LeasePlan awarded ‘Overall Supplier of the Year’ to The AA in recognition of their consistently outstanding customer service and for achieving all key performance indicators.
The AA retained the LeasePlan business in 2014 having delivered against their promises during the tender process of improved service, innovation and additional revenue to LeasePlan. The AA have also fully supported the LeasePlan ambition to deliver enhanced digital platforms to all customers.
This annual conference is a key part of LeasePlan’s commitment to ongoing supplier relationship management. At the event the LeasePlan leadership team shared their ‘2020 Strategy’ which sets out how their suppliers can deliver exceptional service, create greater value, increase innovation and improve efficiency across the business.
