Upcoming events
Since lockdown was announced, events have been moving online (including our well received ‘Lifting the Lockdown’ webinar series). There were some hopes that we could return to in-person events towards the end of this year, but these have been dashed by the latest Government announcements. However, the events will still be happening online and it’s now even more important to stay connected and informed.
Here are a few that you won’t want to miss:
6 October: BVRLA ‘Fleets in Charge’
According to the BVRLA, “this free digital event is a must-attend for anybody with an interest in road transport decarbonisation and business recovery for the fleet sector. High profile speakers, panel discussions and breakout sessions will form part of an interactive and insightful agenda.” Read more here
8 October: Clean Air Day
Pushed back from the third Thursday in June, the UK’s largest air pollution campaign engages thousands of people at hundreds of events and reaches millions more through the media. Get involved here.
20-22 October: Smart Transport

GreenFleet Events
GreenFleet’s regional roadshows have moved to a digital platform for 2020. Designed for fleet professionals interested in sustainability, the event season culminates in the prestigious GreenFleet Awards on 2 December. Find out more here

6th April: Introduction of a zero per cent benefit in kind (BIK) tax rate for electric vehicles registered from 6 April 2020.
