Annual Customer Survey 2015

Every year we ask our customers to participate in a short survey about LeasePlan and the service we provide you. This year’s survey is just around the corner and we wanted to take the opportunity to explain its importance and outline the process to you – including some changes we’ve made based upon your feedback.

We do the survey because we’re dedicated to two things:

  1. Continually improving LeasePlan to match your performance expectations
  2. Delivering services that meet your business needs

We really value your feedback and the survey provides a great opportunity for you to influence the way we work – and to make sure you get everything you need from us, both in the immediate future, and further down the road.

When we conduct the survey in September, you’ll be able to:

  • Let us know what’s going well
  • Let us know what we could do better
  • Help us continue to improve LeasePlan to be the company you’d like it to be

This year, based on your feedback, we’re doing things a little differently including running the survey on email.

We’ve produced a new handbook about the annual survey which your Account Manager will hand deliver – or send by post if more appropriate. This booklet will provide you with a timeline of the process as well as talking you through the key messages from last year’s survey including where we received a lot of great feedback. Crucially we also highlight where we saw some areas for improvement and what we’ve done about it for you since.

Because after all, that’s what this process is all about, serving you better.
