Developed by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and the Department for Transport (DfT), these guidelines make it clearer who is responsible for complying with the law - and they cover everything from lorries to bicycles.

The guidelines tell employers how to manage journeys and ensure the safety of drivers, riders and their vehicles. They also explain the responsibilities of workers who drive or ride as part of their roles.
