A new way we can help you

Our NextGen LeasePlan Community is now open to our customers and partners, as well as members of staff.

We know this is a difficult time for everyone. Key workers are still doing their usual jobs, but under even more pressure than normal, while people working from home are facing a new set of challenges.

It’s not easy for those who been furloughed either. This may sound like the soft option to people who are still working, but having unlimited free time when you’re unable to go anywhere can be difficult too. And, of course, parents are having to ‘home school’ while all this is going on.

New community platform

We wanted to help our colleagues cope with homeworking during Covid-19, so we created our NextGen LeasePlan Community. It’s a platform that is open to every LeasePlan employee in every country we operate in.

Body, Mind, Soul

Our aim is to address four core human ‘needs’ – body, mind, soul and community. This means the platform balances exercise programmes and healthy eating with learning new skills, dealing with stress and finding ways to connect. There’s new content every week, plus an integrated social network.

Available to all

It has proved very popular, so we want to use it to do even more to help. We’re now opening the platform up to our customers and suppliers. You don’t have to pay anything to use it and you can get involved as much, or as little, as you want.

If it helps you deal with the lockdown a little better, it has done its job – and if you get more out of it, that’s even better news.
