We’ll take calls as usual on the morning of Friday 24th from 8.45am – 1pm. Our team will then take a well-deserved break until Wednesday 29th December at 9am.
New Year
We’ll close at 5.15pm on Friday 31st December and open as usual 9am from Tuesday 4th January.
LeasePlan DriverLine
Our essential maintenance services – 24/7 breakdown and recovery, accident management, glass replacement and tyres – will be available throughout the festive period.
For all other services, including service booking and foreign travel, the LeasePlan team hours above will apply.
LeasePlan Daily Rental
Availability
Given the current supply constraints across the rental sector, if you require a rental vehicle throughout December and New Year we would ask that you give us with as much notice as possible.
For additional business hire requests, ideally 72 hours should be provided. We will continue to prioritise any accident or mechanical related hires.
Opening hours
Our standard opening hours apply until 23rd December after which the following holiday schedule will be in place;

Christmas Off-Hires
If you have a rental vehicle you need to return before Christmas, please let us know by Monday 20th December at 4pm.
We will be able to accommodate off-hires until Thursday 23rd December at 12 midday. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to enable our suppliers to plan and support availability for new requests.
Any end of rentals requested after Monday 20th December at 4pm will remain on rent until Wednesday 29th December at 11am and will attract rental charges for the extra days.
We’ll only be able to collect vehicles up to 1pm on Thursday 24th December.
Alternatively, if you wish to return a vehicle to a branch, this should be done no later than Thursday 23rd December at 12 midday.
New Year Off-Hires
The earliest time for delivery of new hires is Wednesday 29th December at 10am.
If you have a rental vehicle you need to return before the New Year, please let us know by Wednesday 29th December at 12 midday
Any rentals ending after this point will remain on rent until Tuesday 4th January at 11am (5th in Scotland) and will incur rental charges for the additional days.
We’ll only be able to collect vehicles up to 4pm on Thursday 30th December. The earliest time for a new vehicle delivery hire will be Tuesday 4th January at 10am.
Please note that some collections may not take place immediately after they off-hire and customers are advised to keep the vehicle safe and must not drive it after the rental period has ended.
LeasePlan Flexible
Our standard operations will apply until Friday 17th December at 3pm, after which the following schedule will be in place.
Please note there will be no deliveries or collections between 25/12/2021 – 03/01/2022.
